Brethren All,
Thank you to those Brethren who have volunteered to help with the stewarding arrangements at the Provincial meeting at Southport on 2nd May 2012. The response is down on last year despite the high number of members expected to attend. I am aware that members may have overlooked sending a return back to Dave Rotheram, hence your availability remains unknown at this time. The Southport Group has again offered to assist Philadelphia Lodge with the various stewarding duties.
Letters confirming the duties of those who have volunteered will be with you by the 10th April 2012. Should you wish to add your name to the list, or seek to confirm that I have your return, please contact me before Easter, either by E Mail or Telephone.
